Job Description

Role & responsibilities Start the day by checking for new maintenance requests or issues reported by staff. Respond to a service request about an air conditioning unit malfunctioning and coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve the issue. Assist with setting up a new workstation for a staff member, ensuring that the computer, monitor, and other necessary tech equipment are in good working condition. Document all issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Manage communication with a contractor responsible for periodic maintenance or repairs and check on the status of ongoing tasks. Provide support for health and safety checks (e.g., ensuring fire exits are clear).
