Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist with proven experience in the banking industry and strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, resolving issues related to banking applications, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide support for banking software applications, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments when necessary. Log all issues and resolutions in the help desk system accurately. Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to enhance user experience and reduce recurring issues. Assist in onboarding and training new users on banking applications and CRM tools. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common problems and solutions. Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with CRM platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
