Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee the operation and maintenance of HEMM, including Skid Loaders, Bulldozers, Poclain, Hydras, Dumpers, Cranes, Excavators, Hyvas, Trailers and Payloaders. Ensure safety compliance by adhering to industry regulations and workplace safety standards. Monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to optimize machinery performance. Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring smooth coordination and task execution. Oversee High-Speed Diesel (HSD) usage and monitoring to ensure optimal fuel efficiency. Ensure comprehensive equipment maintenance, including regular servicing and inspections. Monitor equipment conditions, ageing, and lifecycle to plan replacements and upgrades. Manage equipment spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and inventory control. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 15+ years of experience in HEMM operations and maintenance. Strong negotiation skills for vendor and contract management.
