Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities Heat Treatment Process Management: Oversee heat treatment operations, including hardening, tempering, annealing, carburizing, and nitriding. Ensure consistent quality and performance of treated components. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. In-process control Production Planning & execution of Plan To achieve planned production within the targeted cost Budgetary control within the department Controlling of tempered hardness/ material Feeding Day to day Maintenance Planning, PM , 5S work Equipment validation Day to day data analysis To attend customer complaints Preferred candidate profile Minimum Job Requirements Educational Qualification: Diploma Mech. preferably B.Tech.(Metallurgy) Experience: 12-20 years Any additional requirement: ERP/ MS Office/ Leadership/ Effective Communication Skills Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes, metallurgy, and material properties. Experience with heat treatment furnaces, quenching methods, and testing equipment. Familiarity with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, CQI-9).
