𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Source, screen, and shortlist the candidates based on client requirements in the Pharma domain.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination, submission, and follow-ups for bench candidates.

Collaborate directly with Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors for candidate placement.

Maintain daily submission targets and ensure high-quality profiles reach clients on time.

Communicate effectively with consultants and clients to build long-term professional relationships.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Pharma or Life Sciences recruitment.

Strong experience working with Implementation Partners / Tier-1 Vendors.

Proven ability to handle bench candidate submissions efficiently.

Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).

• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
