Role & responsibilities The Healthcare Associate (Non-Medical Allied) role establishes and maintains sound clinical and data collection practices to ensure validity of studies. Monitors the conduct and progress of the studies to ensure compliance with established protocols, appropriate research methodology, and study timelines. Preferred candidate profile Must have a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any Non-Medical Allied courses Must have at least one (1) year of BPO experience Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing. Knowledge of medical provider credentialing and accreditation principles, policies, processes, procedures, and documentation. Must have a good interpersonal skills Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be amenable for a Non-Voice account Must be amenable for a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Night) Must be amenable to work onsite (Chennai)
