Role & responsibilities The Healthcare Associate (Medical Allied) role establishes and maintains sound clinical and data collection practices to ensure validity of studies. Monitors the conduct and progress of the studies to ensure compliance with established protocols, appropriate research methodology, and study timelines. Preferred candidate profile Must have a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any Medical Allied courses With at least one (1) year of hospital/bedside setting Preferably with Healthcare account experience in BPO/CPO setting With excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills Must be amenable for a Non-Voice account Must be amenable for a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Night) Must be amenable to work onsite (Chennai)
