Health Insurance Telecaller (Team Leader) Location: Noida, Sector 2 Experience: Minimum 3 Months Health insurance Salary: Up to ₹3.50 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele calling Team Leader to manage a team of health insurance tele callers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tele sales, team handling, and the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance. Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively. Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines. Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Maintain and analyze sales reports to track team performance. Coordinate with management to implement new processes and strategies. Requirements: Minimum 3 Months of experience in health insurance tele sales. Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
