Job Type: Full Time Salary: Fixed + Commission Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. The advisor will be responsible for understanding clients’ health insurance needs, explaining policy details, and helping them choose the best coverage plan. This role is perfect for individuals who are customer-focused and have a good understanding of the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: Understand the client's health insurance needs and suggest suitable plans. Explain features, benefits, exclusions, and premiums of different policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future referrals. Stay updated on product offerings and regulatory changes. Guide clients during policy renewals and claim processes. Maintain and submit accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales. Achieve sales targets set by the company. Requirements:Minimum 10+2 education (Graduate preferred). Experience in health/life insurance or financial sales is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
