Job Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and distributors. Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Promote product knowledge by conducting product demos, presentations, and training sessions for clients. Collect market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and product offerings. Ensure timely collection of payments and handle account-related queries. Represent the brand at pet expos, events, and trade shows. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities. Qualification & Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, pet care, or retail experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver customer satisfaction. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales. Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
