Roles & Responsibility -: . Develop and execute strategies to drive international sales growth by targeting new markets and expanding existing ones. . Set ambitious revenue targets for international markets and create comprehensive sales plans to achieve them. . Identify new product opportunities or value-added services that align with international market demands. . Establish pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive. . Implement effective credit and collections policies to reduce DSO. and streamline the order-to-cash process to expedite payment receipt. . Implement lead generation and prospecting strategies to acquire new international customers. . Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting international sales. . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international customers and distributors. Responsible for customer Retention and brand building Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies Ensure Business development activities in line with Marketing Strategy Ensure Customer Retention /Complaint Redressal in time Market intelligence & generation of new avenues for increasing and expanding business Ensuring frequent customer interactions to strengthen PR. Order Book & Liasioning with plant team. Responsible for knowledge sharing sessions with the team. Responsible for alignment and accomplishment of mission targets Gross Sales Rate Revenue generation from allocated territory
