Job Purpose:

Head - Techno Commercial will lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of the techno-commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, vendor negotiations, stakeholder management, and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Techno Commercial Strategy :

Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to enhance techno-commercial performance across data center operations.

Budget Management

Oversee the management of data center projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Vendor Management

Lead contract evaluations and negotiations with technology vendors, service providers, and clients, ensuring the procurement of cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

Project Management

Oversee and manage data center projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Performance Monitoring

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of data center operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure smooth integration of business strategies, aligning goals to optimize project execution and operational efficiency.

Business Development

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive growth and expand the company's market presence.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry bodies, and potential partners, to ensure seamless operations and explore partnership opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards, and maintain proper documentation to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in technical operations and commercial contracts, ensuring the business is protected from financial, operational, and legal liabilities.

Innovation & Technological Advancement

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to maintain a competitive advantage.

Reporting

Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, M.Tech) preferred..

Work Experience

Proven track record of 17-20 years in a techno-commercial leadership role within the Data Centers industry.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale data center projects and operations, with a focus on optimizing technical performance and commercial viability
