Job Description

You will play a crucial role in architecting and driving the Talent Development & Management strategy at WAISLs. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and implementing a robust role taxonomy and skill dictionary across technology, operations, and service domains. - Leading role mapping & job leveling to ensure clarity in roles, skills, career paths, and capacity planning. - Designing and maintaining functional, technical, leadership learning roadmaps, and introducing programs such as coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments. - Institutionalizing digital learning platforms and building a culture of continuous learning. - Establishing metrics and dashboards to monitor learning uptake, capability growth, ROI from development programs, and skill gaps. In terms of Talent Management, you will: - Build and roll out succession planning frameworks for critical roles and leadership positions. - Work closely with Business Heads and HR Business Partners to conduct regular talent reviews, identify high potentials, and map career mobility. - Oversee performance management frameworks ensuring alignment of goals, feedback culture, and developmental performance plans. - Lead workforce planning by mapping role criticality, forecasting demand supply for skills, and internal mobility levers. You will also be responsible for crafting and deploying talent-focused engagement programs, using people analytics to provide insights, and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through talent programs and inclusive leadership. Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development and talent management, preferably in IT / Digital / Technology services. - Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred. - Deep experience in designing role taxonomies, skill dictionaries, role mapping, succession planning, and leadership / technical capability frameworks. - Strong stakeholder management, change management skills, and familiarity with tools such as LMS, people analytics, HRIS systems, and performance management tools. - Excellent communication skills, presentation, facilitation, and influencing abilities across all levels. - Data-oriented mindset with the ability to use metrics and dashboards to track program impact.,
