Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition framework to attract top talent. Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice. Recruitment Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Talent Management: Design and execute talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement best practices for employee engagement and retention to build a high-performance culture. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment and talent management strategies. Key Requirements: 10 to 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management , preferably in the FMCG industry . Strong expertise in hiring strategies, employer branding, leadership hiring, and succession planning . Experience in handling large-scale recruitment and talent development programs. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
