**Job Description** As a Supply Chain Manager at Louis Dreyfus Company, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading all transformational projects in Downstream Supply Chain such as CFA Network, ERP implementation, Reverse Auction, ARS/CRS, Track Trace, TMS, Planning Systems, and Dashboards for real-time supply chain and operations visibility. - Managing sourcing for freight and warehouse services, including price negotiations, agreements, and supplier relationship management. - Driving logistics cost reduction by identifying various levers in primary and secondary freights and deploying optimal transport modes/vehicle types. - Optimizing logistics planning by ensuring the right network of CFAs with PDP/MOQ deployments in secondary locations. - Overseeing multi-location warehousing operations with a focus on fill rate of various sales channels, dispatch TATs, and SLA adherence. - Leading warehouse cost reduction initiatives through contractual negotiations, vertical storage, etc. - Ensuring regulatory compliances, layout improvements, and process audits to enhance warehouse productivity. - Designing the optimal CFA network for distribution efficiency. - Leading annual AOP cost budgeting and planning exercises. - Implementing robust demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management systems across all nodes. - Leading monthly S&OP with Sales to build consensus on sales, production, and procurement plans. - Monitoring and improving demand plan accuracy month-on-month with Sales. - Creating a high-performance team culture focused on ownership and internal growth. - Leading, mentoring, and developing a strong learning culture in the downstream supply chain team. - Creating a backup-ready structure with cross-training and succession planning. **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate from Tier 1 B-schools in Supply Chain/Operations Management with a bachelor's in engineering/food industry or related majors. - 10-15 years or more experience in large FMCG, food industry, or Oil industry supply chain. - Comprehensive professional knowledge in production management, cost control, quality management, procurement management, and logistics management. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel and SAP. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Fluency in English & any local languages of northern India. **Additional Information** Louis Dreyfus Company values diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
