Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Team and local in-country teams to drive the transformation and evolution of the supply chain function. Assume full ownership of the Supply Chain P&L. Guide and execute Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) across all business units in the country, incorporating market trends and uplifts into the forecasting process. Raise awareness regarding inventory management, aging, and supply chain performance across all organizational levels. Lead in-country supply chain teams in the implementation of best practices and measure performance using agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive technological transformation within the supply chain function; recommend and validate change requests and developments for both local and global supply chain functions. Support the proper utilization of supply chain systems across different office functions and store operations. Ensure all logistics activities are executed on time and remain cost-effective. Deliver excellent Store Logistics Support in alignment with global guidelines and service levels; manage master data and support its evolution. Create consistent plans to reduce the number of tickets created by stores and ensure quick resolutions. Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting to ensure accurate and timely submission of daily reports. Manage the SCM database on the server to ensure the availability of correct and timely information at all times. Handle Vendor Management and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring that services align with the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreements (SLA). Preferred candidate profile : Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA (Supply Chain or Operations) or an equivalent degree Strong business skills and analytical ability.
