Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation -

  • Write & design compelling creative content for all brand SKUs.

  • Understand the scientific rationale of our wellness brands and make creatives accordingly.
  • Work with graphics designer, videographer to make content for Instagram, Youtube etc.
  • Create Content for our Shopify brand store.

Social Media Strategist -

  • Manage all our social media accounts.

  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Manage daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.)
  • Work with wellness influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Run Ads, execute campaigns, track performance and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, ROI) & increase brand reach.
  • Manage and grow our online community by responding to DMs, comments, and engaging with followers.

Shopify website & Google SEO -

  • Work with web developers & maintain D2C website

  • Drive organic traffic to our website.
  • Perform on-page optimization, improve page load speed, meta tag & title tag optimization to improve keyword relevance and search visibility.
  • Conduct regular website audits and make recommendations to improve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links, redirects, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics etc.

E-commerce Management -

  • Manage end-to-end ad campaigns and account management for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and D2C website (strategy, execution, and optimization).
  • DRIVE SALES, OWN THE MONTH-OVER-MONTH SALES RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVE CONSISTENT RESULTS.
  • Ensure correct listing, images, and descriptions & content optimization on all platforms.
  • Handle cataloging, promotions, and sales enhancement strategies on e-commerce portals.
  • Maintain high product ratings and customer experience standards.
  • Allocate and monitor monthly budgets across discount offers, keyword bidding, and banner ads.
  • Apply analytics to optimize impressions, CTRs, and conversion rates.
  • Present weekly/monthly reports with key KPIs, insights, and improvement plans.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (sponsored ads, deals, banners) across all platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance (CTR, ACOS, ROI), and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Run platform-specific promotions, event planning (Big Billion Day, Diwali Sale, Nykaa Pink Sale, etc.).

Skills required -

  1. Minimum 6 months experience in Social Media Marketing.
  2. Knowledge of latest tools (HootSuite, GoogleAnalytics etc. ).
  3. Good aesthetics sense for designing. Knowledge of Adobe AI, Premiere Pro.
  4. Good English communication & knowledge of latest social media trends.
  5. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
