Role & responsibilities 1. Ensue Successful planning, execution and completion of IT Projects. 2. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines related to projects. 3. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for SAP projects 4. Managing effective IT support across Exide. 5. Reviewing and developing the solutions of Business requirements. 6. Exhibit strong leadership attributes suitable for middle management. 7. Mentor and guide the SAP team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 8. Plan, organize, co-ordinate, and collaborate with teams across to address effectively the demand/challenges from functional to technical perspective fostering more impactful and clear communication for any given deliverables. 9. Align IT solutions with business requirements and control frameworks. 10. Managing and supervising Sap helpdesk team to clarify assignments and deliverables, review the quality of work. 11. Keep the service levels in line with SLA commitments and continuously improve. 12. Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate solution 13. Engaged into working on various change request involving custom development and taking care of development from requirement gathering until delivery. 14. Troubleshooting and analysing incidents in the support function. 15. Identifying improvement areas and driving innovative solutions towards sustainable change and implementation with management support and empowerment 16. Administering operations and ensuring compliance with the policies & regulations of the organization. 17. Conduct regular IT processes and systems audits and implement mitigation measures for identified issues. 18. Ensure ongoing training and development for users to reduce the calls 19. Identify and implement initiatives to optimize IT costs. 20. Coordinate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions Preferred candidate profile Strong expertise in SAP (HANA, ECC). Comprehensive overview knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PM (Plant Maintenance), QM (Quality Management) and Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. Plan, coordinate and supervise all SAP activities related to the design, development and implementation. SAP support and implementation experience in S4 HANA Lead end-to-end project management for SAP initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for SAP projects Coordinate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices. Project management experience, including upgrades, patch management, and system migrations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
