Head - Sales & Marketing

The IT Sales head will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the company. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the IT industry, emerging technologies, and business scaling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to expand the company's footprint.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee product development, IT solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay ahead of technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions into company offerings.
• Drive research and development (R&D) efforts to ensure the company remains at the forefront of IT solutions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure financial stability and profitability.
• Optimize operational efficiency and implement process improvements across departments.

Requirements

• Prior experience of minimum 10 years in IT Sales & Marketing.
• Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and financial management.
• Strong strategic vision, decision-making ability, and people management expertise.
• Ability to build and maintain industry connections, partnerships, and client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
