We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to optimize our Sales & Distribution (S&D) network. As a RTM Head, with primary responsibility to strengthsuperior distribution network eco-system using latest DMS Apps for our GT, HDC,Parlor sales channel, Sales force Capabilitybuilding, Cost optimizationthorough efficient RTM strategy, Driving performance through Trade Marketingstrategies & activations across PAN INDIA. Key Result Areas: Strengthen and expand existing distribution channels while driving geographical market progression through Distributors & Agents Overhaul sales operations, ensuring process efficiency, eliminating anomalies. Expand additional sales channels, including existing Parlors, HDC networks. Ease and effective implementation of user friendly DMS applications Maximize market coverage and optimize the product mix for improved penetration. Train, motivate, and upskill the sales team to drive higher performance. Assist S&D functions in planning and accelerating distribution strategies while optimizing logistics costs. Provide strategic support to Parlors, HDCs, and Distribution Managers, ensuring effective execution through the sales team. Utilize Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing budgets strategically to maximize channel penetration and yield. Expand retail outlet coverage to at least 80% of the target universe and ensure product availability across all categories. Implement an optimized product-channel strategy to ensure the right product reaches the right market segment. Continuously monitor market activities and evaluate sales performance through regular visits and assessments.
