Job Description

Experience : 10-12 years (Research & Statistics background) Qualification and Skills: • Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent. • Work smart as well as hard across matrix organization structure. • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills. • IT+ digitally savvy. • Ideally should have undergone Six Sigma training. • Ability to effectively carry out research activities, and maintain high quality and integrity of work process and results. • Strong communication skills and ability to present concepts and data effectively through offline and online modes of communication. • Ability to work well in a dynamic setting with multiple projects/tasks and competing demand. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Job Description: • Working on all research reports of TCI, right from beginning to successful launch of the reports. • Assist the organization in the concept preparation, content development and evaluations. • Identify potential projects in research/analytics and execute from proposal to delivery. • Carry out specific tasks and functions as requested in ongoing projects and studies. This may include background research, literature survey, data collection, analysis and preparing reports. • Develop white papers, concept notes, and articles in the data science. • Work under the guidance and supervision of TCIs various Head of the department as requested. • Carry out all activities responsibly, on time and with high quality outputs, responding closely to supervisory inputs
