Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our real estate sales team in luxury township projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in the luxury real estate market. As the Head of Real Estate Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the successful completion of luxury township projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury real estate.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working on luxury township projects with a focus on high-end quality and service.
