Looking for a dynamic Packaging Development Head to lead end-to-end packaging innovation from concept to commercialization. The role involves developing creative, cost-effective, and high-quality packaging solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conceptualize and develop new packaging designs and prototypes.
Ensure feasibility, trials, and successful commercialization at manufacturing sites.
Lead packaging development team and manage project timelines.
Collaborate with SCM, QA, QC, RA, and Production for smooth project execution.
Coordinate with vendors, labs, and institutes for R&D and material innovation.
Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks and technical drawings.
