Job Title: Head of Operations Job Description: Overview : Head of Operations to manage and oversee field drone operations Pan India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering integration among the relevant stakeholders. The candidate will be the pivot for managing all field projects profitably and within the scope of the commercial contracts signed with our clients. Responsibilities : 1. Team Management and Development: a Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of drone operators, Project Co-ordinators, Project Managers, and support staff. b Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 2. Operational Excellence: a Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of drone operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. b Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities. 3. Regulatory Compliance: a Stay abreast of local and national drone regulations and ensure all operations comply with legal requirements. b Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. 4. Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate upgradation in product features to enhance operational capabilities. vaCollaborate with UAV Tech team to explore and implement product enhancements. 5. Financial Management: a Develop and manage budgets for drone operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. b Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. 6. Risk Management: a Assess and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust safety protocols and contingency plans. b Drive a culture of safety and adherence to industry standards. 7. Stakeholder Engagement: a Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners. b Function as the primary point of contact for external entities regarding operational matters. Qualifications: 1)Bachelor's/ Master s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management). 2) Proven experience in a managerial role, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. 3)Excellent leadership, organizational, and people skills. 4)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5)Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
