GRINista is a youth-run non-profit organization committed to sustainable development by promoting shared economic growth, quality education, and climate action. Our volunteers, primarily from the youth, help drive change through awareness campaigns and various ground activities. GRINista focuses on involving young individuals in the mission to create a positive impact on society.

Role Description

We’re now inviting passionate changemakers to join us as Founding Heads across core verticals:

- Marketing & Branding

- Outreach & Partnerships

- Technology & Platform

- Operations & Delivery

- HR & Volunteer Management

- Finance & Fundraising

- Research & Insights

- PR & Advocacy

Qualifications

• Project management and team leadership skills
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with volunteers and stakeholders
• Passion for sustainable development and social impact
• Experience in fundraising and outreach activities
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
