Job Description

The Head leads Woxsen University's Trade Tower, the institution's premier incubation and startup acceleration platform. This visionary role bridges academia and industry to foster entrepreneurial thinking, drive innovation initiatives, and create real-world learning opportunities for students through startup mentorship and industry partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the integration of Trade Tower's entrepreneurial ecosystem with Woxsen's practice-based learning initiatives Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners for student projects, mentorship, and assessment validation Design and implement innovation challenges that align with academic curriculum and assessment requirements Establish frameworks for industry professionals to participate in student assessment and competency validation Create structured pathways for students to translate academic projects into viable startup ventures Lead the development of entrepreneurial assessment models that reflect real-world business challenges Coordinate with academic departments to design industry-validated project assessments Measure and report on the impact of industry engagement in student learning outcomes Represent Woxsen University in innovation and entrepreneurship forums nationally and internationally Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferably with specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Business Development / PhD preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in startup ecosystem development, venture capital, or innovation management, directly or indirectly. Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling entrepreneurial ventures Extensive network of industry connections and startup ecosystem stakeholders Experience designing and implementing project-based learning initiatives Strong understanding of emerging technologies and business model innovation Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to translate academic concepts into practical business applications Show more Show less
