Curriculum Development: Design and update the Mathematics curriculum in alignment with academic standards and modern educational practices. Faculty Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Mathematics faculty to ensure effective teaching methodologies and student engagement. Student Success: Monitor student performance, provide academic support, and develop strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Research Development: Encourage faculty and students to engage in research, projects, and innovative teaching methods. Administrative Duties: Manage departmental budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, school administration, and external educational bodies to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Examinations Assessments: Supervise exam creation, assessments, and grading to maintain academic integrity and fairness. Parent Student Engagement: Communicate with students and parents regarding academic progress, department updates, and student concerns. Technology Integration: Implement and promote the use of technology in Mathematics education for improved teaching and learning experiences. Head Office - Kozhikode State Kerala Country India Educational Qualification Master s or Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field. [6+] years of experience in teaching and academic leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
