Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sourcing based in Trivandrum. The Head of Sourcing will be responsible for managing suppliers, developing new supplier relationships, and overseeing the procurement process. Key tasks will include category management, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials. The role requires a hands-on approach to both strategic sourcing and day-to-day operational activities, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the supply chain.
