The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Software Development should have:

A strong educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Hands on knowledge of Java/Kotlin, React.js/TypeScript, relational databases, IOT and modern DevOps practises
Technical expertise in software development and systems integration.
Proven global leadership and team management skills.
Experience in developing software solutions within fast paced start-up like environments
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
