As a Head of Software Development at this large scale global MNC, your role involves leading the development and implementation of software solutions for the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and oversee the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Your responsibility includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology department, and developing and managing the software development team to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Additionally, you will monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery and stay updated with industry trends to integrate relevant advancements into the organisation's processes.
