About the Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving our entire go-to-market and revenue strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO, partnerships, and product teams to open new markets, onboard healthcare providers, and turn innovation into adoption.

You’ll lead outreach across hospitals, insurance companies, diagnostic networks, and research organizations — creating scalable sales frameworks and building strategic relationships that accelerate Pranachain’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute

  B2B sales strategies

  across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise sectors.
• Identify and onboard

  strategic partners

• Build a

  sales pipeline

  , manage targets, and drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on outreach, campaigns, and client onboarding.
• Represent Pranachain at

• Help define pricing, contracts, and go-to-market models for global expansion.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in

  B2B or enterprise sales

  , preferably in

  healthtech, SaaS, or blockchain

  .
• Proven track record of

  closing high-value deals

  and building new markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with

  equity-based compensation

  and early-stage environments.
• Strong understanding of

  healthcare systems or digital transformation

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
