Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Planning & Achievement:

  Drive primary and secondary sales target planning, execution, and achievement.

• Team Management:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve objectives and deliver consistent results.

• Distribution & Channel Management:

  Appoint and manage distributors and retailers to strengthen our product reach and market penetration.

• Market Development:

  Identify and develop new market opportunities, expand outlet coverage, and enhance product visibility at retail counters.

• Sales Strategy & Planning:

  Design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans to meet business goals.

• Market Analysis:

  Track competitor activities, analyze sales data and trends, and bridge performance gaps through actionable insights.

• Reporting & Compliance:

  Present regular sales performance reports, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.

Who You Are:

✅ 9–12 years of proven experience in FMCG General Trade sales

✅ Strong leadership and negotiation skills

✅ Excellent understanding of distribution networks and retail dynamics

✅ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
