Lead and manage the sales team across multiple market segments, providing mentorship, performance monitoring, and goal setting. Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, corporates, and institutional investors to enhance business opportunities. Expand market share by identifying new sales opportunities, partnerships, and business channels. Collaborate with research, product, and marketing teams to develop sales-driven investment offerings tailored to client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets. Growth in AUM (Assets Under Management) and expansion of product penetration. Client satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Performance and productivity of the sales team.
