Head of Production/Tailor Master (Apparels and Garments)

Job Description

Production Management : Lead, plan, and manage the entire garment production process, from sourcing raw materials to finished products (Men and Women Apparels). Oversee the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements. Collaborate with design, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and to solve any potential production issues. Monitor machinery, labor, and raw material usage to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce downtime, and maximize output. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines within the production environment. Quality Control Management : Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and policies for garment production. Regularly perform product testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory guidelines. Team Leadership and Development : Reporting & Documentation : Supply Chain Coordination : Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and finished goods. Coordinate with logistics to ensure that finished products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. Collaborate with inventory management teams to monitor stock levels and maintain optimal levels of raw materials. Process Optimization : Continuously review and implement improvements in production processes, quality control systems, and waste reduction. Utilize lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, and other best practices to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production.
