Job Description

1. The candidate will be responsible to enhance and develop safety training portfolio within Academy business 2. To explore and develop new products in the domain of safety, technology intervention like XR, face to face practical set up and coming up with new business avenues for Safety 3. Candidate will be overall responsible for Safety Product line with in Academy Educatuonal and technical Background Education- Degree /Diploma in Engineering More than 15 years of experience in the field of working in the field of Safety Temporal flexibility combined with a high willingness to travel Relevant Certifications Safety domains Exposure of conducting training and audits for internal teams and third party Roles and Responsibilities Development and maintenance of Product Map for Safety portfolio Analyses of the customer needs and translation to market oriented products for Training and people Certification, , Advisory services. Initiating opportunities and establishing Process 2for tender business for safety products Execution and delivery of the services at client site Defining and monitoring Product Success once it is developed thoroughly and meeting various objective including Revenue and customer satisfaction Helping Sales team presales activities i.e. consult and resolve technical client queries , provide effort estimations and winning orders Represent TV SD and visit clients, fairs and conferences to demonstrate presence.
