Profile Overview: As the Head of Product (B2B Travel Provider), you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of YCS s product offerings tailored to the needs of B2B travel distributors. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions align with market demands, drive revenue, and maintain our competitive edge. This role requires a customer-centric leader who combines deep domain expertise with technical acumen and strategic foresight. Roles Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for B2B travel solutions, prioritizing market needs and business objectives. Develop and innovate new propositions in the travel segment executive plan of action to integrate it with our existing line of products. Translate customer insights into innovative product features and solutions that deliver tangible value. Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other business units to align goals and objectives. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Key Competencies for the Role: Knowledge of product architecture, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, and machine learning. Ability to use data insights to inform product strategy and optimize performance. Strong presentation skills for engaging with C-level executives, investors, and customers. Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the relevant domain (e.g., B2B travel). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and iterative product development processes. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Minimum of 5 years in product strategies role in the travel or technology sectors. Expertise in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools. Deep understanding of the B2B travel ecosystem, including distribution channels, APIs, and marketplace dynamics. Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, and cloud-based solutions in travel tech. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
