Profile Overview: As the Head of Partnership B2B Travel Technology , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our sales channels and drive growth through impactful partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a dynamic and visionary individual who can acquire top B2B travel distributors, prioritize key markets, and position YCS as a preferred partner. This is an individual contributor role with significant exposure and responsibility, requiring travel to client HQs, exhibitions, and events globally. Roles Responsibilities Develop strategic partnerships by acquiring top 5 sales channels in prioritized countries. Lead contract negotiations and manage onboarding processes, including API integration. Prioritize markets strategically to align with revenue potential and business objectives. Represent YCS at industry events like ITB, OTM, and SATTE to build networks and generate leads. Create a comprehensive roadmap for partner acquisition and report progress to the CEO. Key Competencies for the Role: Partnership Acquisition: Onboard top-tier B2B distributors and contribute significant revenue. Market Expansion: Successfully penetrate and grow market share in prioritized regions. Strategic Engagement: Deliver impactful value propositions and maintain partner satisfaction. Execution and Delivery: Meet timelines for contract closures and integration processes. Leadership: Share actionable strategic insights and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Minimum of 5 years in B2B partnerships, strategic sales, or business development roles, preferably in the travel, hotel, or hospitality technology sectors. Familiarity with major industry events and exhibitions (e.g., ITB, OTM, SATTE) Willingness to travel extensively for exhibitions, meetings, and client engagement. Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value partnerships across multiple regions.
