Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across product, digital, wellness, and centre management teams.
  • Implement SOPs for customer experience, inventory, vendor relations, and service execution.
  • Work with department heads to ensure resource planning and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, quality standards, and service satisfaction levels.
  • Support expansion planning and new vertical rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years

    of experience in

    operations management

    , preferably in wellness, hospitality, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-function teams and scale systems.
