Job Description

Position : Head of MEP Operations Reporting to - Head of Mall operationsLocation- Chennai Summary: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the a Mall, Commercial Complex, and Luxury Residences by providing engineering expertise and directing a team of in house technicians and the hard service contractors, so as to achieve standards relating to day to day operations, optimization of energy consumption, customer services to tenants and business support for the company. Responsibilities- Responsible for implementing mall preventative maintenance plan. Effectively cost control the utilities consumption to achieve the required savings. Responsible for keeping track of consumables provided for serving preventative and corrective maintenance, with the objective of maintaining costs within budget as well as ensuring that there is no stock out situation at any point of time which can lead to inconvenience for the visitors. Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to housekeeping of properties and taking necessary action thereof. Implement an effective roaster for MEP team to cover the mall operations 24/7.
