🔹 Lead & manage a 25+ member high-performance IT team
🔹 Drive IT Infrastructure, Cloud COE, and Network Security operations
🔹 Oversee AD, Exchange, O365, Virtualization & Cloud platforms
🔹 Implement ISO 27001, ISMS compliance, BCP/DR best practices
🔹 Manage IT Assets, Procurement & Public Tendering processes
🔹 Protect systems, applications & data against cyber threats
🔹 Apply AI/ML for infra automation & operational excellence
✅ 20–22 years in IT Infrastructure leadership
✅ Strong hands-on & leadership mix (30% IC + 70% leadership)
✅ Expertise in Secure PROD & Non-PROD environment setup
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
