Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise IT systems aligned with business goals. Drive modernization of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-based architectures. Technology Ownership: Lead infrastructure, enterprise applications, data platforms, and security frameworks. Champion the use of AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.). Manage implementation and support of SaaS and on-premise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.). Team & Vendor Management: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT professionals and engineers. Oversee vendor selection, SLA management, and contract negotiations for IT services. Information Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, cybersecurity, and audit requirements. Develop and enforce IT governance policies and procedures. Operational Excellence: Ensure 24x7 uptime, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for service performance. Show more Show less
