Head – Human Resources (HRD) – Governance, Culture & PMS Focus 📍 Location: Ludhiana / Gurgaon | 🕒 Full-Time 🎯 Role Objective To lead the HR transformation at Jain Amar by designing and executing a governance-first , performance-driven , and culture-deep HR function. This role is instrumental in shaping a meritocratic and scalable people ecosystem that aligns with our business strategy. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🔹 HR Governance & Compliance Institutionalise policies, handbooks, SOPs , and grievance redressal systems Audit and implement compliance frameworks (statutory and ethical) 🔹 Performance & Talent Systems Design and roll out KRA/KPI-based Performance Management System (PMS) Drive succession planning , role benchmarking, and skill-gap analysis 🔹 Culture & Change Management Lead cultural transformation programs across cohorts and leadership levels Embed values of ownership, agility, and discipline across the organization 🔹 HR Technology & Analytics •Implement HRMS platforms , dashboards for attendance, attrition, and productivity •Build real-time visibility into org health metrics 🔹 Strategic Talent Acquisition & Branding •Partner with leadership for quality hiring mandates (L1–L4 levels) •Build Jain Amar’s employer brand and drive presence on social platforms ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a lead HR role • Proven experience in HR governance, PMS design , and culture alignment initiatives • Exposure to family-run or professionally scaling mid-sized firms (preferred) • Strong command over people analytics , leadership influencing, and cross-functional collaboration • Empathetic, process-minded, and ready to build systems from ground zero 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management , Organizational Psychology , or Business Administration (MBA – HR) from a reputed institution Additional certifications in PMS, OD, HR Analytics, or SHRM/PHR preferred Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role Prior exposure to mid-sized, fast-growing, or family-run enterprises navigating transformation Demonstrated success in: Designing and executing Performance Management Systems (PMS) Leading culture reorientation and employee engagement Building and institutionalizing HR governance frameworks and SOPs Implementing and managing HR tech platforms (HRMS/HRIS) Driving succession planning and talent reviews across multi-layered teams Competencies: Strong people orientation with a strategic mindset Fluent in data-driven decision-making and policy enforcement High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence senior leadership Comfortable operating in unstructured, build-from-scratch environments Company Description Jain Amar House of Fashion is a leading fast-fashion conglomerate in India, offering the latest in international fashion for men and women at accessible prices with superior quality.
