The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices with GCCsGCCs or shared services setups
• Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
