Job Description

Our client is fast-growing gaming company building immersive, innovative, and addictive experiences for a global audience. We're looking for a Head of Growth who can lead user acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies to take our titles to the next level. Role Overview: As the Head of Growth, you will own the entire growth function—from defining the strategy to executing user acquisition, performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and retention programs. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to fuel player growth and maximize LTV across our games. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: Develop and implement the overall growth roadmap across paid, organic, and viral channels. User Acquisition: Own and optimize paid marketing across channels like Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, influencer marketing, and ad networks. Retention & Engagement: Work with Product to improve retention metrics through onboarding, notifications, in-game incentives, and re-engagement campaigns. Monetization: Partner with analytics and product teams to optimize LTV and ARPU through A/B testing, pricing strategies, and offer design. Analytics & Attribution: Set up dashboards and attribution models using tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch; drive decisions with data. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing growth team spanning performance marketing, CRM, and creative strategy. Community & Virality: Leverage content, community, and influencer strategies to build buzz and drive organic growth. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in gaming, consumer apps, or digital products. Strong expertise in mobile marketing (UA, ASO, retention, CRM). Hands-on experience with tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Braze, etc. Creative thinker with a data-first mindset and strong analytical capabilities. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-million dollar budgets. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer behavior and psychology. Show more Show less
