Head of Growth & Strategy (GTM Lead)

As an Architect-Executor at Cladbe, a PropTech SaaS platform, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing the Go-to-Market strategy for India. Your responsibilities will include defining the playbook for targeting specific segments such as luxury builders or mass-market brokers, setting pricing models, and value propositions. Additionally, you will lead the sales team, oversee the marketing function, and manage revenue operations to drive growth effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Define the Go-to-Market strategy for India, including target segments, pricing models, and value propositions. - Lead the sales team by setting targets, scripting pitches, and closing key accounts. - Oversee the marketing function to ensure traffic on Property.new for selling inventory. - Manage revenue operations and make strategic decisions on budget allocation for maximum ROI. In this role, you will have the autonomy to own the outcome and focus on core themes such as orchestrating the "War Room," leading from the front in fieldwork, providing product feedback, and enabling and coaching the sales team. Your experience in taking a product from "No Revenue" to "PMF," deep understanding of the Indian Real Estate ecosystem, data-backed intuition, and leadership skills will be vital for success. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in a Head of Sales, Growth, or Strategy role in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace startup. - Proven track record of designing and executing successful GTM plans resulting in measurable revenue growth. - Existing relationships with Builders/IPCs in North India will be advantageous.
