We’re seeking a strategic leader
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Community Building
· Define and execute the overall vision, positioning, and roadmap for the AIM Global Council.
· Architect the membership structure, value proposition, and engagement calendar (virtual and in-person).
· Build a strong foundation of global AI and enterprise leaders across geographies—BFSI, CPG, manufacturing, pharma, and tech.
2. Partnerships and Business Leadership
· Own the P&L for the initiative—manage membership revenue, renewal, and partnership growth.
· Collaborate with AIM Research, Events, and Editorial teams to integrate member benefits across AIM’s ecosystem.
· Develop strategic partnerships with technology firms, consulting companies, and policy think tanks to enhance community offerings.
3. Engagement and Experience
· Design high-value touchpoints: private roundtables, regional dinners, leadership retreats, and thought leadership showcases.
· Work with AIM’s media and research units to deliver exclusive intelligence briefings, member dashboards, and whitepapers.
· Oversee the digital community layer (members portal, communication channels, discussion forums).
4. Brand and Thought Leadership
· Represent AIM in global conversations about AI leadership, transformation, and enterprise strategy.
· Curate and moderate high-level discussions that define the industry narrative.
· Work closely with the marketing and content teams to amplify the visibility of members and the community itself.
5. Team and Operations
· Build and manage a small, high-performing team across community operations, partnerships, and member engagement.
· Establish efficient systems for CRM, member onboarding, content delivery, and analytics.
· Ensure exceptional member satisfaction and long-term retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
· 15+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, partnerships, community leadership, or CXO engagement, preferably in AI, tech, or consulting ecosystems.
· Proven track record of building and scaling premium membership programs, CXO communities, or executive networks.
· Strong understanding of the global AI and enterprise innovation landscape.
Skills
· Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
· Deep understanding of value-based community design and member experience.
· Strong business acumen and comfort working with revenue targets.
· Strategic storytelling and brand positioning capabilities.
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in content, research, and marketing.
