Company Description AADAC Education Foundation is a leading institution dedicated to providing counseling and mentoring services to students. Having reached over 100 students, the foundation has helped many achieve admission offers from more than 15 universities. AADAC is committed to guiding students through their educational journeys and unlocking their full potential. AADAC is now the charity partner of Satadru Dutta Initiatives and will be hosting events in Sports related fields in the coming year. Role Description This is a volunteering role for Head of Fundraising and Partnerships. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, fostering relationships with major donors, and identifying potential partners. Additional responsibilities include managing charity events and campaigns, as well as promoting philanthropic efforts. This is a remote-working role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Experience with Major Donors and Philanthropy Strong Communication skills Proven track record in Fundraising and knowledge of Charities Excellent networking and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Passion for educational initiatives and community support Experience in non-profit or educational sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required Show more Show less
