Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage the mobile application including internal APIs that control the content of our mobile application, as well as the technical strategy and plan for both the iOS and Android platforms.
Establish and maintain a mature software development lifecycle (SDLC) for mobile app updates on both iOS and Android platforms, including roadmap-driven versioning, robust testing processes to ensure performance, reliability, and security, and compliance with platform-specific guidelines to ensure app-store approvals
Monitor app performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize performance based on user feedback and usage data to improve the overall user experience.
To incorporate product vision and input, improve app features, and increase user engagement, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, content producers, and other teams.
Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional division of mobile app developers, CMS engineers, QA and other technical stakeholders.
Reporting to founders directly.

Preferred candidate profile

App scaling expertise- 5-10M users.
Best to have experience in building OS or play store like applications wherein there are apps built within apps - like Jiomart, Paytm, IndusOS.
