Job Description

Prepare accurate work schedules and cutting list details to make sure the fit-out joinery works on time and the workers take out the maximum output. take accurate site measurements and finish the production on time. Review project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to ensure proper and quality finishing. Know the source of materials to maintain a comprehensive economic cost. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Should be able to take care of the factory and run smoothly from the starting until handing over each joinery products. Qualifications: Proven experience as a joinery foreman in the interior fit-out industry, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of interior project materials, methodologies, and site techniques. Capacity to handle the factory and workers in full ith full power. Able to make detail-oriented working details for smooth finishing of each items. Effective communication skills. 5-8 years of proven experience in joinery. Driving license is added value.
