Job Description

Primary Purpose :Experienced and skilled audit member to join our organization. The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct audits aimed at improving the quality of training, coaching, and handholding within our organization. Responsibilities Curriculum Training QAG: School Team Events & Competition: VAS Location -Mumbai or Pune Desired Qualification -A graduate with coaching certification from a recognized organization. Special Qualification - Certified by AFC. Expererince : Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching and coaching. Expected Competencies : Knowledge of school team and coaching functions (recruitment of coaches, training & development, etc.). Understanding of Football infrastructure and equipment, etc. Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint. Skills and Knowledge Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Results-driven and goal-oriented. In-depth knowledge of Football rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques for coaching and player development.
